Meet Attorney Lyndsey Duncan:
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Lyndsey’s academic journey began at Loyola University Chicago, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology in 2013. Fueled by her commitment to the pursuit of justice she continued on to The John Marshall Law School Chicago, now known as UIC Law, where she achieved her Juris Doctor in 2016.
Upon graduating, Lyndsey relocated to Tucson, Arizona, where she served as a legal intern at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, specializing in criminal law. Her dedication and acumen propelled her into a role as prosecutor, handling a wide spectrum of cases, ranging from felony drug and property crimes to violent offenses. Throughout her tenure, she expertly presided over more than 15 jury trials as well as over 50 bench trials, evidentiary hearings and settlement conferences, establishing herself as a seasoned courtroom advocate.
In 2019, Lyndsey embarked on a new chapter, fulfilling a lifelong goal of joining the esteemed ranks of the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. She undertook rigorous training at the Basic Law Enforcement Training Academy, emerging as a Deputy Sheriff, and later excelling during her Field Training.
Lyndsey’s life took a meaningful turn in 2020 when she welcomed her first child, embracing the role of a devoted stay-at-home mother. However, her unwavering dedication to the law persisted. In April 2022, she reignited her legal career at Dana Law Group, where forcusing on estate planning allows her to advocate for clients in a new way, fostering deep connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Beyond her legal practice, Lyndsey finds solace in hiking, immersing herself in the world of literature and spending quality time with her husband and two beloved children. In addition to her legal prowess, Lyndsey is a local CrossFit champion, regularly competing in captivating contests throughout Arizona.
